The location of the hotel is convenient, with nearby access to restaurants and shops. the room, although a bit dated, was comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the facilities, such as the sauna and pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable.
The staff's lack of friendliness and communication was disappointing.

The breakfast was nice and served efficiently. the sauna and pool facilities were great, and it was a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring. the location was also good, close to some key attractions and restaurants.
There were some real let-downs during this stay. Our room was dated and had some fixtures that were falling apart.

The breakfast at the hotel was nice and the reception staff at the relief hotel were efficient. The fact that we got a free upgrade to a bigger room was also a positive aspect.
There were several negative aspects during our stay. there was no iron and ironing board available, despite it being listed as a facility.
